The Water Tower Inn was opened April 8, 1977. And closed as a bar/nightclub in early January, 1980.

This is me, owner/operator of the Water Tower Inn, shown here on my 25^th birthday January 25^th, 1979. I had a birthday bash where virtually anything in the place - drinks and shots and beers - was twenty-five cents. Note stereo and records on back bar.
